LIFER CYCLE

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned vet, LIFER Cycle is the heart-pumping challenge that will help you spice up your fitness routine. Using top-of-the-line Keiser M3i indoor cycle series bikes, these 60-minute classes combine sprints, climbs, endurance rides, and a warm-up and cool-down/stretch.   

LIFER instructors use the beat of the music to help energize and motivate you to a strong finish! Accommodating all fitness levels, our instructors will guide you to reach your personal fitness goals in a group setting.

LIFER CARDIO KICKBOXING

LIFER Cardio Kickboxing is the perfect 50-minute punch of empowerment and activity. A total body workout, this no-contact class is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics. Feel powerful as you work up a sweat learning basic punches, kicks and blocks. Burn calories to the beat of the music while gaining confidence in your ability to defend yourself!

LIFER CORE YOGA

Enhance your overall body awareness and target your entire core region with LIFE CoreYoga. During this 50-minute core-infused class, you will target your pelvic floor, abdominal, obliques, lower back and glutes. These muscles stabilize and protect your body from injury and give you an opportunity to focus on yoga postures.


LIFER CYCLE STRENGTH

Cardio meets strength training with LIFER CycleStrength!

A 60-minute class broken down into two 30-minute training sessions allows you to get a combination of cardio and strength training into one workout in one room. It starts with a bike ride of intervals, hills, and endurance, then elevated to heavy strength training. Using dumbbells and bands, you will build your muscles through full-range/large movements and low-moderate repetitions.

LIFER LIFT

Get the total body workout you need to take your strength to the next level with LIFER Lift. Using an adjustable barbell loaded with weighted plates, this 60-minute group training class hits all major muscle groups. Build your muscles and sculpt your body through large, full-range movements at moderate-high repetitions. Get ready to take your strength training to the next level!

LIFER BARRE

LIFER barre is a 60-minute total body muscle sculpting class that uses light weights, resistance bands, balls and your own body weight. The workout is done using a stationary handrail, or barre, which helps you more intensely focus on improving flexibility and extension, strengthen muscles and perfect technique. With motivating instructors and a high-energy soundtrack, LIFER barre classes will keep your heart rate elevated, while burning fat and building lean muscle mass.


LIFER BARRECORE

Take LIFER barre up a notch with LIFER BARRECORE!

This 60-minute workout will include traditional moves from LIFER barre with an additional emphasis on the ‘core’ region of the body. The first portion of your workout will consist of lower and upper body muscle toning. Hit the mat during the second portion of class to focus on the middle, ‘core’ region of the body.
